A Dauntons team led by Dauntons Partner, Simon Pring, raised the astonishing figure of £21,092.76 through sponsorship in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

This massive figure meant that they won the '2009 small team award'.

Simon said: 'We thought we were on track to raise £15,000 this year, the highest figure we have ever gone for but to top that by over £6,000 was quite remarkable and a testament to all our sponsors in these difficult times.  Our thanks go out to all who donated via the team to this oh so worthwhile charity'.

Dauntons has sent teams to the London to Brighton bike ride for 9 consecutive years and to date has raised over £46,000 in aid of the BHF.
